Alta Vista Music School
More than a music school, a cultural centre in the heart of Canada’s national capital.
Whether your goal is simply to learn an instrument as a hobby, deepen your musical knowledge, or pursue a career as a professional musician, Alta Vista Music School offers excellence in music education through a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of every student. From beginners to advanced musicians, our students are supported by experienced professional educators.
Music for everyone
Students, members, and the wider community are also welcome to enjoy a variety of cultural events at Alta Vista Music School, including concerts, workshops, masterclasses, exhibitions, lectures, and much more. These events provide opportunities for artists, students, and members of the community to come together, share ideas and experiences, and celebrate music and the arts.
Music for all ages
We also offer our "Early Childhood Music Program" for children under eight years old. The program aims to introduce children to music through songs, dance, activities, and games, helping them develop their sense of rhythm, motor coordination, and love for music.
